Our CTO/Founder - Matt Dilley
Matt has a strong background in Software engineering and web development.
He started off his career in IT, worked for 5 years as analyst/programmer for CSFB in London, then moved into Web Development since 2002 - focusing on Java/Tomcat and PHP for internet and e-gaming industries. From there on, Matt gained experience in a multitude of technologies and platforms - listed below.
Matt has devoted many years of experience in developing e-commerce apps and services, supporting platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce.
Matt's technical achievements include technical integrations with ERP systems, print-media solutions and a large range of API interfaces that are crucial in the operational running of an eCommerce business.

Our Business Manager - Peter Pang
Peter is the business manager of Open Resourcing. He oversees the business operations as well as supporting the founder (Matt Dilley) in all aspects of business development.
He has extensive commercial experience with more than 20 years working in retailing, advertising, and professional accounting.
He is a qualified accountant (Australia CPA) and is currently an adjunct lecturer in professional accounting.
